Jodi Ketchersid

Jodi started RealJoy Properties in 2006 in Panama City Beach, quickly expanding to Seaside and then the Destin market in 2007. Jodi and her husband both graduated from law school and then moved to Destin which they proudly have called home for over 20 years now. Staying involved in the community is an integral part of her family life and her business. Knowing the market and having a network of amazing agents and lenders has been instrumental to her success navigating an ever changing industry.
